The Allen Police Department responded to the following incidents between Jan. 2 and Jan. 9:


Jan. 2

11:25 p.m. -- Failure to identify giving false fictitious information and warrant service reported in the 1200 block of East Bethany Drive. A person was arrested after being deceitful about their true identity and having outstanding warrants issued for their arrest from various agencies. Another person was also arrested for a confirmed outstanding warrant.

Jan. 3

2:45 a.m. -- Assault causes bodily injury and criminal mischief more than $500 less than $1,500 reported in the 100 block of East Stacy Road. Officers investigated an assault that occurred in the 100 block of East Stacy Road.

2:51 a.m. -- Possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces, possession of a dangerous drug, unlawful carrying of a weapon and driving while intoxicated/open alcohol container reported near the intersection of East Service Road and West Exchange Parkway. On listed date and time, subject was arrested for operating a motor vehicle in a public place while intoxicated. Later, the subject was charged with having in his possession marijuana, a dangerous drug and a handgun.

12:17 p.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 600 block of East Main Street. Subject stated that unknown suspect(s) forced entry and removed property from her vehicle without consent.

4:56 p.m. -- Theft more than $50 less than $500 and misrepresentation of age by a minor reported in the 800 block of West Stacy Road.

6:24 p.m. -- Assault family violence Class C reported in the 1100 block of Maple Creek Avenue. A person intentionally caused physical contact with another that the other person regarded as offensive.

9:38 p.m. -- Driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age reported near the intersection of Sandy Creek Drive and High Meadow Drive. A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle in a public place while a passenger who was younger than 15 years of age occupied the same vehicle.

Jan. 4

12:24 a.m. -- Possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and warrant service reported in the 900 block of West McDermott Drive. A person was taken into custody for outstanding warrants and possession of marijuana.

12:47 a.m. -- Abandoned vehicle reported near the intersection of East Service Road and West Stacy Road. Officers located a vehicle on a public roadway and determined the vehicle was abandoned by the driver causing it to impede traffic on the roadway. The vehicle was towed for safekeeping.

1:11 a.m. -- Criminal mischief more than $50 less than $500 and assault contact reported in the 1500 block of South Jupiter Road. On listed date and time, subject was arrested for making unwanted and provocative contact with another person. Subject was also charged for intentionally damaging another person's property without consent.

7:43 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 700 block of Bush Drive. An unknown subject removed items from a vehicle without the owner's consent.

8:16 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 1500 block of Bradford Trace Drive. Unknown suspects pried open a truck's bed toolbox and removed items without the owner's consent.

8:49 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 0 block of Buchanan Place. An unknown subject entered a vehicle forcefully, causing damage, without the owner's effective consent.

12:10 a.m. -- Possession of drug paraphernalia reported in the 1200 block of Brook Drive. Subject was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia incident to a traffic stop and was arrested.

12:50 a.m. -- Assault contact reported in the 300 block of Rivercrest Boulevard. A known subject intentionally caused physical contact with another that was offensive at Allen High School.

3:09 p.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 600 block of Hefner Drive. An unknown subject entered a vehicle and removed property without the effective consent of the owner.

5:45 p.m. -- Burglary of habitation reported in the 600 block of Bluebonnent Drive. Unknown subjects forced entry into the residence and deprived the resident of numerous items without the effective consent of the resident.

6:28 p.m. -- Criminal mischief more than $50 less than $500 reported in the 800 block of West Stacy Road. An unknown subject knowingly caused damage to a vending machine at a department store without the owner's effective consent.

7:44 p.m. -- Public intoxication reported in the 200 block of West Central Expressway. An individual was taken into custody for being intoxicated in a public place to the degree he was a danger to himself or others.

9:22 p.m. -- Criminal mischief more than $50 less than $500 and interference with an emergency call reported in the 300 block of West Central Expressway North.

9:32 p.m. -- Possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces reported near the intersection of South Greenville Avenue and East Bethany Drive. A person was arrested for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

10:37 p.m. -- Harassment reported in the 600 block of Twin Creeks Drive. Subject made statements through text messages with the victim in a manner prescribed to alarm.

10:59 p.m. -- Possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces reported near the intersection of North Greenville Avenue and East Exchange Parkway. Subject was arrested for possession of marijuana during a lawful traffic stop.

Jan. 5

12:54 a.m. -- Failure to identify giving false or fictitious information, failure to identify fugitive intent give false information, public intoxication and warrant service reported in the 800 block of West Stacy Road. An investigation revealed three individuals in a public place that were intoxicated to the extent they posed a danger to themselves or others. They were arrested for public intoxication. Two were later found to have given the arresting officer false names and dates of birth and were additionally charged with failure to identify and failing to identify fugitive from justice.

2:02 a.m. -- Criminal trespass warning reported in the 100 block of East Stacy Road. A person was issued a criminal trespass warning due to a disturbance at a business.

2:06 a.m. -- Burglary of building reported in the 100 block of East Stacy Road. An unknown subject forced entry into a business and removed property without the effective consent of the owner.

2:16 a.m. -- Assault family violence Class C reported in the 2000 block of Londonderry Drive. A person was arrested for knowingly and intentionally making unwanted physical contact with a family/household member which resulted in an assault of that person.

3:30 a.m. -- Possession of drug paraphernalia reported in the 1300 block of Kenshire Court. Subject was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

9:07 a.m. -- Burglary of building reported in the 500 block of Millennium Drive. A commercial office building was entered and a roll of copper wire was stolen. This was done without the owner's effective consent.

10:55 a.m. -- Criminal trespass warning and traffic violations reported in the 100 block of Sunridge Way. A subject was placed in custody for walking in a roadway where a sidewalk was provided.

12:43 p.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 800 block of West Stacy Road. A person reported that an actor had unlawfully entered his vehicle and taken his property without his permission.

1:05 p.m. -- Theft more than $50 less than $500 reported in the 300 block of Rivercrest Boulevard. A known subject intentionally took property without the effective consent of the owner.

3:13 p.m. -- Fraudulent use or possession of identifying information reported in the 800 block of Cedar Crest Lane. A person reported that an actor had unlawfully and fraudulently used his identifying information without his permission.

4:29 p.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 1300 block of East Central Expressway South. Two unknown subjects were seen forcibly entering and removing an item from a vehicle without the owner's consent.

4:49 p.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 300 block of East Central Expressway. A parked vehicle was forcibly entered and a laptop computer was stolen. This was done without the owner's effective consent.

8:10 p.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 800 block of West Stacy Road. An unknown subject entered a vehicle and took property without the owner's consent.

10:15 p.m. -- Possession of a controlled substance Penalty Group 1 more than 1 gram less than 4 grams, evading arrest detention, failure to identify fugitive intent give false information and criminal trespass warning reported in the 500 block of Freestone Drive. Criminal trespass warnings were issued to individuals who are not allowed at the property of the effective owner. A female was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, failure to identify fugitive and warrants.

Jan. 6

7:20 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 1400 block of Spring Street. An unknown subject entered the victim's vehicle without the effective consent of the owner and removed property from said vehicle.

8:39 a.m. -- Prohibited weapon switchblade/knuckles, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with government records, traffic violations and warrant service reported in the 800 block of South Greenville Avenue. A person was stopped for a traffic violation and found to be in possession of an illegal knife. Subject was also found to be in possession of a government record which had been tampered with. A person was also taken into custody for a warrant out of Dallas PD.

11:13 a.m. -- Burglary of habitation reported in the 1000 block of Audrey Way. An unknown subject entered a residence without the effective consent of the owner and removed items from the residence.

11:37 p.m. -- Public intoxication reported in the 800 block of East Main Street. A subject was arrested after appearing intoxicated in a public place to the degree that person was a threat to himself and others.

Jan. 7

8:12 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 1400 block of West McDermott Drive. Unknown subjects forced entry into the victim's locked vehicle and committed the offense of theft.

10:59 a.m. -- Burglary of habitation reported in the 1000 block of Hawkwood Way. Forced entry was made into a residence via a backdoor. No items were taken.

1:55 p.m. -- Theft less than $50 reported in the 700 block of West Exchange Parkway. Subject was placed custody for taking items from a store without the owner's consent.

8:30 p.m. -- Assault family violence Class C reported in the 300 block of East Stacy Road. On listed and date time, subjects assaulted each other.

9:14 p.m. -- Driving while intoxicated second reported near the intersection of South Greenville Avenue and East Bethany Drive. A person was operating a motor vehicle in a public place while under the influence of alcoholic beverages.

Jan. 8

2:09 a.m. -- Public intoxication reported in the 100 block of East Stacy Road. On listed date and time subject was found to be intoxicated in a public place to the degree that he was a danger to himself and/or others.

3:23 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces reported in the 300 block of North Greenville Avenue. Two persons were arrested for possession of marijuana and attempted burglary of a motor vehicle.

2:21 p.m. -- Theft less than $50 reported in the 800 block of West Stacy Road. A subject took property without the consent of the owner.

7:35 -- Theft less than $50 more than $500 reported in the 300 block of Rivercrest Boulevard. A person reported that an actor may have unlawfully taken his property without his permission.

8:06 p.m. -- Assault family violence Class C reported in the 700 block of White Oak Street. A known suspect caused intentional contact with another, which the other person regarded as offensive.

9:45 p.m. -- Possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and warrant service reported near the intersection of West McDermott Drive and Century Parkway. Two subjects were taken into custody on confirmed warrants from Dallas PD and possession of marijuana.

10:09 p.m. -- Public intoxication reported in the 900 block of West McDermott Drive. Arrested person was found to be a danger to himself due to his level of intoxication in a public place.

Jan. 9

1:33 a.m. -- Evading arrest detention, public intoxication under 21 and consumption of alcohol by minor reported in the 1600 block of East Main Street. Three subjects were arrested.

2:09 a.m. -- Driving while intoxicated reported in the 0 block of Cabela Drive. An individual was suspected of operating a motor vehicle in a public place while intoxicated.

7:35 a.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 100 block of Trailwood Drive. A suspect entered another's vehicle with the intent to take property without the owner's effective consent.

12:27 p.m. -- Burglary of building reported in the 900 block of Cougar Drive. An unknown subject entered a building and removed property without the effective consent of the owner.

1:37 p.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 300 block of West Boyd Drive. An unknown suspect used force to gain entry into another's vehicle and took property without the owner's effective consent.

2:21 p.m. -- Theft more than $500 less than $1,500 reported in the 300 block of West Central Expressway North. Victim states that someone unknown and without her effective consent appropriated property with the intent to deprive her of the property.

2:25 p.m. -- Burglary of vehicle reported in the 300 block of North Greenville Avenue. Known suspects entered another's vehicle and took property without the owner's effective consent.
